BIPOC Consultation Group
Rooted & Rising is a clinical consultation group designed for BIPOC mental health practitioners who are looking for more than traditional supervision. This is a space for connection, reflection, and growth—where your lived experience is not only acknowledged, but centred.
As BIPOC practitioners, we often navigate complex and layered experiences in our work. From systemic barriers to cultural expectations, and the emotional impact of supporting others while holding our own stories—these realities deserve space. Rooted & Rising was created to offer that space: one that is grounded in understanding, community, and care.
