EMDR Consultations

for therapists

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy) is an evidence-based therapy that uses guided bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, to help process and integrate distressing or traumatic experiences. This approach supports the brain in reprocessing memories so they feel less overwhelming, allowing for greater emotional healing and resilience.
