I am an authentic, compassionate, and relational therapist. I walk alongside individuals as they navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges. I am committed to offering a safe, empathetic space where vulnerability is met with understanding and growth becomes inevitable.
My approach integrates evidence-informed cognitive therapies with body-centred approaches to integrate mind and body healing. My work is grounded in a relational, attachment-focused perspective, recognizing that our relationships and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others.

I believe that connection creates safety. When we experience genuine connection, our nervous system has the opportunity to settle, heal, and grow. My role is to help you experience connection and safety in ways you may not have had before, creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, understood, and supported. I believe your story matters, your body’s wisdom matters, and meaningful healing happens when both are welcomed with compassion and curiosity.
I am deeply committed to supporting individuals carrying the weight of grief and trauma. In my experience, many of the struggles people face today are rooted in experiences of loss, pain, and traumatic events. I am passionate about supporting women’s mental health across every stage of life. I also offer support for parents who wonder why parenthood seems more difficult for them than others.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to help individuals reprocess traumatic events and memories.
