I am particularly passionate about supporting clients through relationship struggles, stress management, self-esteem concerns, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and exploring cultural identity, seeing you beyond your symptoms. I also work closely with young adults seeking direction, as well as with parents and couples aiming to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional bonds.
